1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers via the "Cordimela" online shop of Manincor GmbH, St. Josef am See 4, 39052 Kaltern (BZ), Italy.

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for private purposes.

3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.

By clicking the order button, the customer submits a binding offer.
The contract is concluded upon our confirmation via email.

 

4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are stated in Euro and include statutory value-added tax.

Additional shipping costs may apply, which will be clearly indicated during the ordering process.

 

5. Delivery
Delivery will be made to Italy, Austria, and Germany to the address specified by the customer.

Delivery time is usually 1-3 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country.

Should a product not be available, the customer will be informed immediately and any payments already made will be refunded.

 

6. Payment
The following payment methods are available:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • PayPal
  • Klarna
  • Bank transfer

The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

If bank transfer is selected, shipment will only occur after payment has been received.

 

7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.

8. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

 

9. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.

 

10. Liability
We are fully liable for damages to life, limb, or health.

For other damages, we are only liable in cases of intent and gross negligence.
In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable damages.

 

11. Food Information
Our products are foodstuffs.

The respective product descriptions and information on ingredients, nutritional values, and allergens are decisive.
The products must be stored and used in accordance with the specified instructions.

 

12. Applicable Law
The law of the Italian Republic applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

Mandatory consumer protection regulations of the state in which the customer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.

We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution procedures before a consumer arbitration board.
